How to read this list
An offer is not an enrolment
A strong graduate receives five or six invitations and studies at one university. Offer lists are always several times longer. These are the places that were accepted.
A scholarship is the most honest signal
An offer means a university is willing to accept a student. A scholarship means it is willing to pay for them. That line cannot be inflated.
Rankings work inside a profession
An animation school outside the global top 500 can be first in the world for its craft. For a future animator that matters more than an overall position.
